Our hotel offers a loyalty program — a reward system for frequent guests that provides discounts on stays.
To obtain a loyalty card, you need to register via the booking form: click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner and register using any convenient method: email/phone, VK ID, Sber ID, or Tinkoff ID.

Terms and conditions of participation in the loyalty program
1. To receive a discount on a future booking, log in to the guest's personal account using the same method used for registration: for example, if you registered via VK ID, you must also log in via VK ID next time.
2. Accommodation discounts are provided only for direct bookings made on the hotel's website: https://eurasiahotel.ru/booking/.
3. When booking on the website, the discount is credited to the customer.
4. Booking accruals appear in the guest's personal account and in the card list 5 days after checkout.
5. By choosing to participate in the loyalty program and registering a profile on the hotel's website, the participant consents to the program organizer's collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, modification, use, and other actions related to the execution of the program's terms for the duration of its validity.
6. In the event of a violation of the hotel's stay rules or the program participation rules, the card may be canceled. The guest will be notified by a reservation department employee, with an explanation of the cancellation reasons provided either orally or via an email sent to the participant's address.
