Starting from November 1, 2018, the Eurasia Business Hotel has a bonus program that allows you to receive additional benefits of up to 30% of the cost of services provided. We invite you to become a member of it!

The bonus card is issued in restaurants and the SPA center of the Eurasia Business Hotel. To receive a card for any visit to a restaurant or SPA center, contact your waiter or administrator and fill out the form. After filling out the application form the next day, the card will be activated.

*In case of providing false (inaccurate, unreliable) information about themselves, as well as in case of late modification of outdated information, the Guest independently bears the risk of any negative consequences associated with providing incorrect personal data.

Bonuses will be credited to your card for each purchase/service paid. The amount of bonuses awarded depends on the card status. Accrued bonuses become available the next day after purchase.

For each card status, a percentage is determined, which will be transferred in the form of bonuses from the amount of the receipt/purchase:

Bonus card holders receive the GOLD status if the amount of all checks in the card's history starts from 1 to 10,000 rubles. At the same time, bonuses from purchases made in the amount of 5% of the receipt amount are credited to the card.

Bonus card holders receive PLATINUM status when the amount of all checks in the card's history ranges from 10,001 to 30,000 rubles. At the same time, bonuses from purchases made in the amount of 10% of the receipt amount are credited to the card.

Bonus card holders receive DIAMOND status if the amount of all checks in the card's history exceeds the value of 30,001 rubles. At the same time, bonuses from purchases made in the amount of 15% of the receipt amount are credited to the card.

By visiting the restaurants and SPA center of the Eurasia Business Hotel and paying the bill, you increase the status of your card.

Bonuses are awarded only from the amount that is not paid for by bonuses.

No bonuses are awarded:

• – if the Guest provides a gift certificate as payment,
• – when paying for a banquet (the banquet includes lunches and dinners ordered at a restaurant for a company of 15 people or more) and congress services (rental of conference rooms, business events, etc.),
• – for non-cash payment by transferring funds to the bank account of the Eurasia Business Hotel,
• – when purchasing hotel goods and services through a third party, an intermediary (travel, mice and event agencies, service aggregator sites – hotel room reservations, restaurant reservations and spa, food delivery, etc.).

250 welcome bonuses are awarded upon activation of the card.

In honor of the Birthday, each Cardholder receives 1,000 gift bonuses. You can use them two weeks before your birthday and for two weeks after your birthday. Two weeks after the birthday, unused gift bonuses are cancelled.

For bonus card holders, there is a 15% discount on aqua cleaning and laundry services (valid upon presentation of the card).

Bonus card holders may be offered additional discounts and special offers on goods and services of the Eurasia Business Hotel.

Accumulated bonuses can be used to partially pay the bill in establishments where bonuses are awarded. You can check the bonus balance with the restaurant and SPA center administrators.

A list of establishments and business units of the Eurasia Business Hotel where you can save and spend bonuses:

• – Seasonal Mint restaurant on the roof of the hotel
• – Lobby bar of the Eurasia Hotel
• – Lungo Confectionery
• –Relax club SPA Center
• – Gym

The bonus card is valid when paying in cash, as well as using terminal bank cards. The terms of the bonus program do not apply to services participating in other marketing campaigns and discounted products.

1. The bonus card is valid from the next day from the date of issue and is valid indefinitely. The card may be cancelled if it is lost and a new card is issued to the Guest. If a card is lost or a new one is issued, bonus savings are saved.
2. The bonus card has its own unique number. Only one bonus card can be issued per Guest.
3. Bonuses are debited and credited only upon presentation of the card.
4. In case of transfer of the card to third parties, the participant of the bonus program is responsible for the unfair use of bonuses.
5. Bonuses are valid for 12 months from the date of the last bonus accumulation transaction.
6. Accrued bonuses are not replaced by monetary compensation.
7. Legal entities and government organizations do not participate in the bonus program.
8. The Eurasia Business Hotel has the right to unilaterally block the card without prior notification to the Bonus Card Holder, if:
8.1. The Bonus card holder violates the rules for using bonus cards established by these Regulations;
*** 8.2. The fact of fraudulent actions by the Bonus Card Holder in relation to the property of the Eurasia Business Hotel has been established.
9. The conditions for awarding bonuses and their amounts may be changed unilaterally by the Eurasia Business Hotel without special notification to the Holders of Bonus Cards. Since the conditions for awarding bonuses and their amount may change, Bonus Cardholders have the right to expect to receive a bonus valid at the time of receiving the service/purchase.
10. When making one purchase/receiving a service, only one Bonus Card can be applied.
11. If, for technical reasons, operations with bonus cards are not possible, the Eurasia Business Hotel reserves the right to refuse the Bonus Cardholder to perform the operation until the causes of the problems are eliminated.
12. In case of theft of a bonus card, its Holder is obliged to notify the service manager of the Eurasia Business Hotel by phone +7 (3452) 200-222 or by e-mail servicemanager@eurasiahotel.ru . Upon notification, the card will be blocked, and the remaining points will be transferred to a new card, subject to confirmation of consent to the use of personal data.
13. In case of loss or damage, a new card with a new number is issued and the remaining accumulated points are transferred from the old card.
14. The Eurasia Business Hotel, at its discretion, may in the future impose restrictions on the list of goods and services for which no bonuses are awarded, or enter a list of goods and services that cannot be partially paid using accumulated bonuses.
15. Eurasia Management Company LLC (a legal entity of the Eurasia Business Hotel) has the right to use the data specified in the registration form to contact the Bonus Card Holder, without the right to transfer this data to third parties.
16. The bonus card is the property of the Eurasia Business Hotel and may be withdrawn by decision of the company or the administration of one of the establishments.
